How it Works!

Once you've spoken with our team and decide that you deserve the Ultimate Resume, we get cracking!

STEP 1...

We will give you a verbal estimate for the service charges then send you an invoice to your personal email address through PayPal (which accepts, Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal payment).

Once we've received notice of payment, we will schedule the initial phone interview with our writer. If you have an old version of your resume, we will have you email that to us in advance for us to gather preliminary information (dates of employment, etc). If you do not, we will have you complete the brief online information organizer on our site to gather the basics to get us started.

If you cannot do this online, for your convenience, we can email the form as a PDF file for you to print and write your responses and fax back to our secure fax # (661) 295-5153 in preparation for the phone interview.

STEP 2... The Interview...

On average, plan on spending 35-50 minutes for the phone interview with our writer. Once complete, we begin the composition process. Our standard turnaround time is two business days to email you a proof copy of the document. We will speak with you again to go over any changes, answer any questions, then make edits / changes, to complete the final version.

STEP 3....

We upload your finished resume into your secure password protected Resume Vault folder.

What about future updates?

Once you become an Ultimate Resume client, updates are done on a time / materials basis. The typical update charge ranges from $20-$50 depending on how extensive the edit. We will estimate the charges for you prior to updating. We have professionals / client's who have kept their resumes current for over 20 years.
